Hoof'n'Horn

Now entering our 84th year, Hoof ’n’ Horn is the South’s oldest, fully student-run musical theatre organization!

In lieu of our traditional 3-show mainstage schedule, we're excited to spend our 2020-21 season paying tribute to A Chorus Line in the fall and Dreamgirls in the spring. Instead of performing these musicals in full, Hoof 'n' Horn will be producing two virtual, documentary-style collections of songs, monologues, dance, and other supplemental materials exploring the themes and narratives showcased in these musicals. In addition to our mainstage season, Hoof ’n’ Horn will also have smaller cabaret performances, social activities, and educational skill-building opportunities throughout the year, which anyone is able participate in regardless of location or prior experience.

If you would like to be added to Phred (Hoof 'n' Horn's listserv), please email brennan.zook@duke.edu. This is where we post information about upcoming events and opportunities for involvement! We're always looking for new members interested in performing, joining a show's Production Council (made of creatives, designers, and technicians), or playing in a pit orchestra.
